I sent a email shortly after the wedding, but I have just realised this has been in my drafts, and obviously not reach you.

What a crazy few months it has been since our wedding, I do not know where the time has went.

I want to just say a massive thankyou , to you and your team, for delivering such a great service to us, we came to you last minute and you were absolutely amazing, organised and very reliable, communicating with you was so was and we are so grateful we were able to hire use for our special day.

The food was absolutely amazing, and actually, the nest feedback we recieved was about the meal, and the delicious bbq burgers you served..again, effort you went to was amazing.

Sorry I have not given feedback sooner.

We really were so happy with everything on the day.

Thank you very much for catering at our wedding on the 7th July at Pitbladdo. The food was all delicious. We have had many compliments about the BBQ and in particular the venison sausages! Where were the sausages from? A few of the guests were keen to find out.

I hope this email finds you well. I'm so sorry about my delayed email we have been away in the outer Hebrides, so our internet supply was poor. We wanted to firstly say a massive Thank you to YOU as you have been amazing to deal with throughout, answering our questions speedily and covering all our different requests and last minute table updates.

Secondly, we echo the whole wedding when we say the food was delicious. Each course was great and just what we dreamed of. A special shout out from our dietary requirement guests as one mentioned he got offered both desserts and was explained to about each to decide himself which was safest to eat.

Please extend our thanks to all of your staff too, they were great!!

My bridesmaid Amy has what we think is one of your platter boards, do you know if you are missing one?

How are you?

WOW - that feels like the only acceptable way to start this email. The canapés, the meal and the evening meal were all perfect! I've never been to a wedding where there have been so many compliments on the food. The cheesecake was a particular highlight - we had an audio guestbook and this gets mentioned frequently hahaha! As you'll remember, food was one thing I was nervous about. I cannot explain how thrilled I was to have macaroni (the best I've ever had by the way) on my wedding day. Thank you for being so accommodating for a fussy bride.

Not only was the food incredible, but the team were SO lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and any question, no matter how big or small, was answered so clearly. The attention to detail was second to none, and the warmth, care and passion you all showed was always evident. We have also never been to a wedding where the catering team visited the top table in between courses to ask not only if the food was good, but to find out how the day was going, that meant so much to us. It's all the little things you and your team do that really blew us away.

Thank you so, so much again. You and your team really are the best caterers around. We have attached a couple of pictures for you from the day 😊.

What can I say Richard , only but AMAZING!!

Ian and I want to thank you and your staff for a delicious meal and first class service.

All our guest are still commenting on the quality of the meal. It was so tasty and very filling (I didn't manage evening food - I was still full) everyone raving about the pulled pork rolls too they went down a treat !

From first contact with you until the end of the meal you were in contact and nothing was a problem. Your staff are friendly, smiley and just lovely people.

We will recommend you to anyone who will listen and if they don't I'll tell them anyway!

Richard, I don't think words can quite explain just how wow'd we were by your service on Saturday. Yourself and your staff were incredible, constantly there to make sure our guests were fed and watered. We have had so so many compliments on the food, we were so impressed. Sean and I had the opposite dishes so tried everything between us and it was all absolutely delicious.

Sorry for the radio silence our end since Saturday - there was a serious clean up session and a large breather was needed! We had a brilliant day.

We just wanted to send our thanks before officially putting out the formal thank yous. Your food was incredible! Everyone was raving about it. The salmon was especially delicious, I could have had it for starter main and dessert.

Your staff are such a credit to you. We had some demanding and pain in the arse guests after a few drinks and your team all handled it brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were just so friendly and fantastic. We are so chuffed, everything went so smoothly from our point of view.

**Incredible Catering Experience by Delicious Catering**

We are absolutely thrilled with the catering service provided by Richard and *Delicious Catering* for our wedding! From the very first bite to the last, everything was flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better culinary experience on our special day.

We chose BBQ family-style, and it was the perfect choice! The lamb was tender, juicy, and packed with flavour—each bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The tandoori chicken was another standout. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the chicken was incredibly juicy and full of vibrant, smoky flavour. The sides were just as impressive and complemented the BBQ beautifully.

The food was something our guests talk about every time we see them.

One of the highlights of the evening was the sharing charcuterie starter. It was an absolute showstopper! The spread was beautifully presented, featuring a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. It was the perfect way to kick off the meal and had our guests raving about it all night.

Richard arranged a fabulous full Scottish breakfast spread for us the next day, providing everything we needed for those tender heads.

The service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to truly enjoy our evening without any worries.

We can't recommend *Delicious Catering* enough for any special event. If you're looking for top-notch food, incredible sides, and a truly memorable dining experience, they're the perfect choice. We're so grateful they helped make our wedding day even more amazing!
